My husband and I live with 5 felines in the state of Florida. If you have allergies, please keep this in mind. I will NEVER send a book out that is moldy or otherwise icky, but as this is Florida, and cat dander is a condiment no matter how tidy I aspire to be, if you are hyper-sensitive to these conditions, please let me know ahead of time and I will confirm the condition of the books you request!

My favorite genres are History, Historical Fiction, Memoirs and Biograpghy.

I am a  freelance marketing and media specialist. I specialize in alternative media. My passion is fundraising. I'm involved in countless local projects raising money for children in need. Previously I had owned my own accessories agency in NYC and Denver for 12 years, so I have strong interests in art, crafts and especially glasswork - beads, antique glass, etc.  

We are  kept by 5 rather adorable cats, who make sure we wake up everyday with large smiles on our faces. They are darlings, and we love them each to bits. We lost our 13 year old tortie, Snickers, on 8/13/07. She is now at Rainbows Bridge. She can be visited at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SNICK029/Resident.htm. Alfie joined us in March '07, keeping our kitty tally currently at 5 and hoping to grow if I can convince DH.....
